Their lightweight design and compact liquid cooling systems make them perfectly suited for installation in tight places like wellhead applications. To Kawasaki’s already world-renowned engineering and reliability, Jordan Energy Solutions has added:

  • Oiling capacity to help maintain proper temperatures during extended run time periods

Basic operation 
Many wellheads have field pressures lower than the transmission line pressure, preventing the free flow of gas from the well. Some deep wells have well head pressures which can also inhibit the free flow of gas.
A Jordan wellhead compression system provides two basic functions to solve this problem. First, it reduces the pressure at the wellhead to increase well production. Second, the system also compresses the gas to overcome the transmission line pressure. In almost all cases the gas output of the well significantly increases.
Jordan’s well test program will help you assess the benefits of installing a unit at your well or in a group of wells in a pod arrangement. The typical payback calculation for a Jordan Energy Solutions wellhead gas compression solution is 3-7 months.
